Fan videos and Matt makes a surprise visit on Christmas Day

The flu has obliterated any chance of me being able to concentrate and I am saddened by the passing of a cultural icon and true inspiration, Nelson Mandela. I have spent much of my formative years looking up to the man that I can hardly comprehend a world without him.
In my efforts to pass the time, I have watched videos of Benedict Cumberbatch and now turn my head towards Matt. Here is what I have discovered today:

BBC America put out a few top 11 lists and here are a couple of them.

I would honestly like to learn the backstory for this video. A part of me feels voyeuristic watching what appears to be a personal video, but the cameras and set up seem like it seems to be something pre-arranged (perhaps a charitable event). I can only imagine that it must have been the best Christmas ever.

This is a second video and it seems much more personal like a family friend or crew member?

Here's Matt's advice to kids

Here he is greeting a fan

Edit: I was gracefully informed about the backstory of the two videos with Jack. You can read about it here
